Well that was quite the duel...Too bad Snape was stopped before he could kill him. Oh well, perhaps that task will fall to Draco. You might want to go back and rework the kissing scene, it seemed a bit forced and unnatural.
well there you go, question answered :) I think you havee the foundations of a good story, the dialogue betweem Ron adn Hermione seemed a bit forced though. I am also not sure what year they are in? Is it fifth or seventh? You mention Horcruxes, but then you mention Krum as well. I thought Molly's reaction to the death of Ron was very spot on.
A captivating beginning. I am curious as to why Draco has become a spy as he still seems to favor the term mudblood... perhaps you will explain later though.
Mmmm . . . as corageous and heroic as Draco sounds, I must say I prefer the sarcastic, dangerous, sexy playboy attitude that he had in Hogwarts.
So, at last I've read on. I'm glad that it's more than what I've seen archived elsewhere, but nowhere near the actual end of the story, eh? Hopefully, there will be more to come? :D
I have been following this story over at Colouredgrey.contraveritas.com, and, I think, also at FF.net. I noted that you have a sequel up, and was wondering whether the story ever finished. I remember a wedding in the backyard of Grimmauld Place as the last chapter, with Hermione wearing an ice-blue gown. Is there a happy ending for her and Draco in this story? Just wondering. :D
Oh, you and your cliffhangers! How evil! I hope everything is okay... it could be bad, or it could be VERY bad :o I hope it isn't! Anyway... very good, Juls! I like the little scene at the shop... it's hard to explain, you just write things like that so well. Great job!
I know you're thinking I probably wasn't a huge fan of this chapter because of the Dramione being so prominent, but you're only half-right. The positive thing I can say is that you write love scenes very well; you know there's no need to be graphic and you can get the point across quite easily otherwise. So, despite the pairing, great job :)
I get the felling all hell is about to break loose, horcrux or no. Hopefully they'll find it.
Nice talk between Blaise and Calab.
I just noticed this is the last chapter you have posted. . . . SHOOT! now I gotta wait patiently (not my strong suit ) for thsi rest of the story.
Okay, fine, I'll just wander aournd and maybe check out some of your other sotirues . . be back A.S.A.P - as soon as posted !
Charlie and Miarah sitting in a tree . . K . .I . .S . ..S . .I . .N . .G . .
ANd now there's going to Malfoy Manor? TAKE TWINKY AND DOBBY WITH YOU !!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
This doesn't look good at all , , , , ah well, nothing for it . . let's read on . .
Severus Has a plan . .Cal is foloowing the plan . . .and Draco and Hermione can plan their wedding. Don't you just love it when a plan comes together!?!?
Charlie and Mari . . . oh, now that's going to prove interesting....having Severus as your father -in-law . . .HE!HE!HE!HE!HE!HE!HE!HE!HE!HE!HE! ( small fit of giggles)
Hum, not much gets past ofl BV, does it?
Now this is where I'd use Twinky and Dobby to go to Malfoy Mansion and search for the locket . . . Lucius HAS to be the one that has it.
I'm betting on it . . . ( I have to get out more )
I bet I know who has it . . . . Lucius, the s.o.b.
Severus can walk around in Knockturn ALley bu who grabbed Draco?
THis is getting tricky . . . and dangerous.
I'm shivering with anticipation . . .so . .
I LOVE that Tonks was pretending to be Augusta... almost as much as I'd have loved for Augusta to actually be the one to cast the spells, lol. I also like how you have Remus connected to her somehow. That's sweet in an animalistic kind of way ;o).
I think you handled both of the couples' discussions well, too.
I think this will all work out for the best . . . . but I just remembered something . . . Grandma?
Minerva's playing this very close to the vest . . .did she and Albus??? ( Not counting what JKR said about him , , this is YOUR story!)
SO, do we go horcrux hunting next? ( I never liked the horcrux angle of the story - too complicated and then adding the other bits about the wand and stone, etc. K.I.S.S.)
That went well . . . . sort of . . .poor Severus . . still on the outside. . . . still alone . . .trying to glean a little happines from watching others lives and wishing his had been different ( although he'd deny that ).
Aw jeez, what's Harry goning to think, although it really doesn't matter what Potter thinks, come to that.
Okay, let's keep rolling, boys and girls
THis whole chapter was a chess game, peoplemoving here and ther, things overlapping and changing, even if not seen by others.
Your move hermione....or is it Severus' move?
We'll see soon enough.
W Hy does eveything always hinge on New Year's?
ANd Hermione's right, Severus should just TELL them, screaming mim fits aside, they would get over it quick enough and when they realized they had 'family' again.
Especially Draco, as he sondiers Severus to have been more of a father figure thatnLucius EVER was.
I would have bet the farm that Hermione was going to figure it out . . . that's my girl!
Wonderful Christmas scene . . did ANYONE have a gift for Seveurs? NO? Pity. No wonder he avoids that holiday like the plague.
Nice wedding, short ,sweet and to the point!
You know . . . . sometimes you just want to take Harry and shake him until his teeth rattle in his skull! WHAT as bondheaded, stubborn, clueless, . . . self-rightious, dunderhead!
LET DRACO COME ALONG . . . or at least tell him and Lupin what you're doing . . . for all you know one of them has the answer!!!!!!!!!
OH, Draco, you could only put 2 and 2 together . . . I'm burning brain cells on this one.
Old home wekk is getting really twisted and I'm thinking it's actually going to get really funny, with lots of misunderstandings, at some point.
to say nothing of Twinky and Dobby getting into the middle ofit.
AH, young love. . . . . if we could have all had such a perfect 'first' time, with the 'love of our life'.
But , this is a ficticious story, so it CAN be perfect.
Now, SOMEBODY has a LOT of expalining to do about Claeb and Mari . . .AND I MEAN A LOT!!!
OMG! . . . OMG! . . . . OMG!
'Minnie & Albus?!?!?!?!?!?!?!?!?!?!?!?!?!?!?
Sweet Mary, Mother of Pearl, just when I thought I almost had your plot line down, you throw this into the cauldron!
SNEAKY!!!!!! But interesting . . . . . HE!HE!HE!
Two engagements . . . not a record in wartime, but close.
I just realized you're right, those three don't belong to the Order, do they?
Well, that's going to change in short order..... order, get it? . . . never mind.
AH ha! So Molly and Arthur were 'frisky ' in their youth, too, huh?
ANd now we have to get Hermione and Draco a little peace from snipping, well meaning 'friends'.
oh, yeah and then there's Baldie VOldie and his gang of fun seekers.
Crap, what a way to start the day!
