It's certainly not rubbish. I can see Sirius thinking exactly these thoughts . I liked the scene of the fight, the little rat making the perfect set up. Sirius' thoughts are deep here; for a moment I thought he was still in prison and just hallucinating. The flow of this works very well, too. Good job!
