Normally, I detest Harmony as well. You've done a superb job, however. I loved the heart-wrenching meeting with Ron in the end. He may come off as a thick-headed git, but he's not nearly as oblivious as he seems. Also, the comparisons between the Malfoy and Weasley families and their importance of blood was brilliant. That was incredibly deep there. I had not thought of that before. This was fantastic.

I'm not sure why, but I have been putting off reading this story. There was something about it that frightened me a little bit... even before I read it.
Finally read it this morning and I feel quite heartbroken for Ron. I'd dearly like to beat Harry and Hermione into oblivion for him.
Beautifully written. Full of angst and real love... That of Ron for Hermione and that of Ron for his son.

*sigh* This one still breaks my heart, Andy.  The fact that Ron knew all those years and kept quiet about it...he really loves Hermione and it stinks that she can't love him back the way he deserves.  I've already told you pretty much everything I feel about this one, Andy.  I may not like the premise, but the story is top notch and worthy of glowing reviews.  I know how hard it was for you to write it, but you did it well and it is so good to see you step out of your comfort zone to do it.  And it encouraged me to step out of mine!  So once again, I tell you, I love this story, it's well written and poignant even if it is heart breaking...it would make me so sad if you hadn't pulled it off. *huggles*

A very poignant and well-written story.  Interesting insights into blood loyalty and family and the deeper meaning of being a Weasley.  Your characterizations of the trio were believable.  The scene between Harry and Hermione was bittersweet and you managed to capture the emotional nuances of such a conversation without veering into melodrama.  Nice work.
