And now I am out of chapter... So sad. I really like how he at least faced his problems head on this time, well sort of. Beginning to feel okay about him, but we shall see, maybe you have a few more turns in there for us. I can see one possibility.

Wow, I really don't know if I want to sympathise with Teddy or not. I am a little curious about what did or didn't go on that night, but to just leave her after something aparently happened... He really needs to start facing his problems. You have really written this so well and I am only at chapter three. I hope you decide to continue with this story.

You have already brought in his personality and shown his reluctance to act on his feelings. You did it so subtly and you effort in wirting this really shows through. I love how you have laid the groundwork in this chapter.

beautiful beginning you bring the reader in immediately. I am so intrigued about what exactly goes down to bring Teddy into the hole that he is in at the beginning. Although I think I can hazard a guess.

That scene in Hermione and Ron's kitchen was priceless.
Slapping him upside the head with a batter dipped piece of bread!
And then reminding him to use COLD water. I giggled for the rest of the story, it was such a vivid picture.
May use that myself around here, if the hubby mouths off.

BUt, back to the main focus . . . Teddy and VIctoire . . . sometimes it's just what it is; stop reading into it! THAT'S where all the great misunderstandings come from, THINKING TOO MUCH!

Binkley sounds like every middle level beauracrat I've ever had this misfortune to have to deal with.
Actually, once, I mouthed off to one, and nothing happened becasue he couldn't figurea out what I meant
"The scientific instrument hasn't been invented that could measure my indifference to that (his) statement."
He said"Pardon me?"
I said,"Never mind, doesn't matter . . I'll get right on it."
Ok, so Victoire is a bit of a spoiled princess who pouts when she doesn't get her way. That's the Veela in her coming out and her temper is the Weasley half.

Oh, THIS is gonna get REALLY interesting, I get the feeling. I haven't read much of the post-Hogwarts era kids, but this looks liike a great place to start . . SO,

It seems Teddy may have learned the lesson that my daddy taught me, "Bad news doesn't get better with age." It's better to face it head on and get it over with. It's almost always easier than you think it will be, and even when it isn't at least you don't have all the time before it worrying about it, lol. So, Teddy does love Victoire? That man needs to figure out what's going on and be a man and deal with it, ;o). I liked this chapter better than some of the others. I'm not sure Ron would ever willingly be an early riser, though, and Hermione doesn't seem like she'd be the type to be overly proficient in the kitchen...I did love the french toast across the head though!

I'm thinking that if he doesn't know how he feels after 4 years, then it's time for Victoire to move on. Really, after that long you really should have an idea of how you feel or where you're going together. Teddy seems smarter than that, though, so I think it's time for him to suck it up or move on, and let Victoire go.

Blaire! I'm starting to really like this story! I always think you can't really tell if you'll like a story by just the first chapter. So now that I've read two, I can tell this is a good story, well written, and fun to read. :) I like how you had Teddy try to avoid Victoire, and his thoughts on what happened. I'm really enjoying this story! 10/10

I'm finally here to read and review! I hope you don't mind that I'm reviewing here instead of HPFF. I was logged on here and knew you had this story here, so I figured I'd just review now. :) Anyway, I didn't know anything about this story, I didn't know the characters, etc. so I'm glad it's next gen. Lately, I've liked reading/writing them! ^_^ Anyway, I really like the story so far, with Teddy not liking Rose being friends with Scorpius. I agree with him, lol The first part of the story intrigued me, so I can't wait to get to the next chapter and see what happens. 10/10

Ugh! I hate when I sleep wrong and it just sets the tone for the whole day. I loved the way you described Victoire's reaction. So typically female, lol. A slow burn as I call it. I leanred a long time ago, subtlety is completely lost on most men. You need to tell them what you want to hear and then be prepared for them to still not get it, lol. I also liked your description of Binkley and how he had his desk situated to watch everything and the chairs that were low, lol. Good job.
