Oh, now you've gone and managed to make me cry! That's one of the marks of a really good author, because I don't cry very often when reading. This is so well-written - it's a great, realistic portrayal of their relationship, showing that they're not one hundred percent jokes and kidding around. They really cared for each other. I love this, and I can't wait to see more from you!

Aw, that was sweet.

I can hear Fred and George retching as I type.

Sounds just like their thought patterns and I don't doubt for a minute that old Minerva would come storming up to their dorm room to check on them.

Nice one shot.

Awww... you dedicated it to me.  That makes me happy ;o).  I cried all over again reading this story.  It's so bittersweet, seeing the beginnings of the Skiving Snackboxes, which is what led to Weasley's Wizard Wheezes.  It's amazing how something so minor, such as a piece of trash could have enough of an impact to help push George to keep going, to finish what he started with Fred.  Something so insignificant, and yet the most significant thing there could be.  Well done.

Author's Response: You are the one who poked me into posting more on here, and thank you for that. : ) I'm glad you still enjoyed it after a second reading! I had (have?) a phase where all I wrote was bittersweet; I like the balance of angst and fluff, and I'm glad you think I did it well! Thank you so much, Taryn!

Oh! A beautiful Fred and George story! I am such a sucker for a good one. This is so lovely. George remembers his purpose and dream through the memory of Fred. I loved it. And, we get to see where the idea actually originated. Why does it not surprise me that it all started with some unfinished homework and a date that went bad?

Author's Response: If you like Fred and George stories, I'd suggest checking out the story I'm working on called 'Windward.' Anyways, enough with the shameless pimping... I love the twins, and my heart just breaks every time I think about George being left without his twin. But at the same time, I wanted to show their fun side, as well. I'm so glad that you enjoyed it, Shanon! Thank you for reviewing!
