I know you had Severus' picture in the banner and the "guardian angel" had dark eyes, but the fact that it WAS Severus just didn't sink into my brain. I just never equate such kindness with Severus, just Albus.

I LOVE the way you take Harry's story and tweak it just enough to make it 'fresh and new'. I like that Harry had hope all those years and that Albus was the one to pick him up and get him away from the Dursleys.
