You two very much deserve some positive emotions, my dear; you are very welcome.
I'm immensely glad you liked this small piece and I'm glad I was able to pass the hidden message to the very two readers I wanted to reach.
Good luck, my thoughts are and always will be with you.
Zoltan being AU again, huh? :) Well, this story contained a very strong message to pass on to every reader, especially those, to whom it had been dedicated. It seemed just right to address Neville's concerns this way. I need to say I enjoyed writing him in this piece, but I also enjoyed writing the three graces, and if you read that part more carefully, you'll discover the subtle - and sometimes not-so-subtle - differences between the three.
Fawkes must have been there. The phoenix IS the embodied spirit of Godric Gryffindor. As Dumbledore said, help would always been given to those who really need it and Neville both needed this help and proved himself worthwile. So, in a certain sense, yes, Neville is Gryffindor's "heir" just as much as Harry is.
I did want to make a BIG BANG ending here so I decided to built up the tension with some repetitive phrases, until the culmination point is reached. I'm extremely glad that one of my most faithful my readers likes this piece and I'm very thankful for this wonderful review of yours.
Good luck with Review-A-Thon and check back for some more reading.

Well, Shanon, my week couldn't have begun better...your amazing review(s) really made my day.
I sincerely did hope that the hidden message I wanted to give with this piece still came through and I did hope the two very persons I wanted to reach with this message read it.
It was such a fierce plot bunny attack that I didn't even think, only wrote, wrote, wrote. Only after having set the last dot did I read it through and I was very pleasantly surprised to find that Neville came out rather believable. This guy had been through such an immense development in his Hogwarts years, from the clumsy, forgetful eleven-year-old to a genuine war hero... he deserved this piece...
With regards to canon ships...sometimes they work out well...
See you soon, hopefully, in a next review and good luck with Review-A-Thon,
Zoltan
