This was a story that left my mind in turmoil. Why can the b$%tch Fate be so cruel to those who deserve it the least? As if breaking your heart once wasn't enough, poor Charlie had to lose one of his brothers and another girl he loved dearly. It's just not fair!
I applaud you for the daring style you've written this. This broken, slide-show-like storytelling, exchanging vignettes of present and memories of past does justice to the story. Any other attempt, any other way to write this would have brought down the effect to naught.
Little side note: loved Luna's remark "I saw the man I loved once wed one of my friends". Knowing you, I immediately understood who she was referring to :D
The world needs more writing of this caliber. Two thumbs up!

I'm glad you liked the story-telling style. I like to write one-shots like this where it's told in vignettes and the reader can fill in a lot of the blanks themselves.

I've always liked Charlie/Tonks and I've been wanting to write a Charlie/Luna story for a while, so this fulfilled a lot for me. It's actually my second attempt at writing it. I may post the first one at some point, but it will be edited a lot more if I do.
