This is so sweet, and it could have come from the pages of DH. You have a way of descriptive writing that gives your reader a mental image of your story. I can see the looks on both Ron and Hermione's faces as they come so close to the highly anticipated end of that conversation, only to be interrupted by the oblivious Harry. Lovely.

Author's Response: Thank you so much.  I do try to paint a picture with the words, so that you think I did that makes me very happy!

Honestly, it NEVER ceases to amaze me how those two dunderheads continue to dance around each other. . .

JUST SPIT . .  IT . .  OUTI LOVE YOU!

There, that wasn't so hard, was it!?!?

Hermione - book smart, street stupid.

Ron - he's a male, need I say more?!?!

Then there's Harry, always walking into the middle of things, clueless.  It's a wonder he makes it through the first book, much less seven, to say NOTHING of the mountains of fan fics, still alive and well!

HEHE!HE!

Author's Response: Yep those two seemed to dance around the situation for YEARS before the finally get it right.  Thanks again for the review!  :o)

I loved it! The perfect missing moment. Not one of angst or turmoil, but one of just being there for each other.

Too bad Harry had to interrupt.... such a perfectly set moment for a kiss.

Thanks for sharing this, Taryn. Great job!!

Author's Response: That darn Harry...another few minutes and perhaps that first kiss wouldn't have been in the middle of the Room of Requirement, lol. I'm so glad you read this (even if I prompted you, lol). Thanks, love! :o)rn

I said it over at HPFF, and I'll say it here: This should have been in the book.

So much of the character development that we'd seen in the earlier books was left out of Deathly Hallows. And yet, in a mere 1000 or so words, you have Ron and Hermione considering their futures, both as individuals and together, and considering whether they'll even survive the war. Our little heroes are growing up. :)

Another favorite.

~Doug

Author's Response: Thanks, Doug! This one really does have a special place in my heart. Time was my first fic ever, but this was my first Ronmione and pretty much sealed the deal for me with those two. They are growing up, and accepting responsibility for making their own happiness in the world. Thanks again for reading! :o)

Oh, that was a very lovely and intimate scene between Hermione and Ron. Well done!

Author's Response: Thank you so much for reading it! I appreciate it. :o)
