Yes, this chapter was completely in the sign of that highly impossible thing called Luna Lovegood. Boy did I have fun writing her! Blurting out bold things at random, calling things straightforwardly by their names, she's nevertheless an amazing person and an - unfortunately underused and frequently misunderstood - incredibly interesting fanfic material.

COme on, you know me and my attitude towards canon... if I'm not mistaken, your amazing time-bending saga is not particularly canon-compliant either :D:D:D

I always thought there should have been more reaction to the punishment of writing of lines, and you did it pretty good here. The last line was a real kicker!

I still think book-Hermione should have reacted this way to Harry's punishment. Well, she did have some meek objections like "you have to tell Dumbledore, Harry", but on the whole she seemed rather passive. The REAL Hermione would go berserker...

My other aim for this chapter was to show the deep feelings H and Hr have for each other. Not the "love, dating, sex, wedding" feelings, but real, deepgoing, true friendship that can be sometimes stronger than love and pysical attraction, however I still think they should have ended up together in the books and the movies.

I really liked this, especially Madame Pince. However, you missed one canon detail-Harry is immune to the Imperious Curse. Other than that, I loved it!

I completely agree with your remark about Harry's immunity the Imperius. However, in canon, Luna never kissed Harry as well :D Moreover, having suffered serious blood loss from the quill and being extremely tired, Harry might not even be able to resist the curse, even in canon. You raised a valid point and I will consider including it into the story.

I'm a fan of HP/LL as a ship, with Ginny sticking w/Neville ( after all they went to the Yule Ball together ) and this DOES has potential . . and i'm NOT going to try and fix the few little malapropisms, I've grown kinda fond of them . . . HE!HE!HE!

Well, I'm off to work my way down thru the "New stories" list and R&R while I have the chance . . . TA!

I don't know, my dear, where it will be going to. I don't think I should be rewriting ALL books, what with having already a post-DH, an alternate DH and an alternate HBP in the making; I'm not so sure whether I should be starting an alternate OotP as well :D

You know I'm a H/L fan as well; you're already familiar with the way my twisted mind is working :D
