Just to clarify the ratings and warnings a bit as I've noticed a that some are confused at to what they mean. We've been letting some slip by, but its important to get this right so readers KNOW what they are in for.

GA - General Audience - This rating CAN NOT hold any warnings. If I can't read this story to my 4 and 5yr olds, then it doesn't belong here!

R12+ - Readers 12yrs and older - This rating can hold Sensitive Subjects, Mild Teen Romance and Mild Teen Language. The Romance is limited to cute kid stuff, like hand holding or a peck on the cheek. The language is limited towords like 'Bloody hell'. Very minor words.

R15+ - Readers 15yrs and older -This rating can hold Sensitive Subjects, Slash, Mild Teen Romance, Mild Teen Language, Mild Teen Violence, Strong Teen Romance, Strong Teen Language and Strong Teen Violence. These are warnings and situations that more mature teens are able to read. You may still have a story about adults, but the contents of your story may not be strong enough to carry higher ratings or warnings, so then its okay to have it rated and warned at this level. The only time you need to bump UP the rating and warnings from R15+ to MA18+ is if you have stronger sexual content, language, violence and Alcohol/Drug use or abuse (even if mentioned in passing).

MA18+ - Mature Adult 18yrs and older - Although Harry Potter Fan Fiction dominates the archive and in the HP world, Wizards come to age at the age of 17, this is not the case in the real world. As my host server is in Australia, I'm abiding by the laws here and all adult situations (no matter if your story is about teens or adults) must hold this rating and its associated Adult warnings and also the Alcohol/Drug use or abuse warning.

While Gluttony does allow a bit more description, especially in love scenes, I do NOT accept smut or anything that would be considered rated R or NC-17. Don't forget to vote for Gluttony on Pandora's Ladder, thanks to all that do on a regular basis. Its a daily hit thing, so it does need to be done ALL the time!!! As tedious as it may seem, it is a great way to advertise the site!

You may see some coding errors from time to time, don't freak out! It's just me playing around and trying to figure a few things out. I ALWAYS back up the database's now, so if I do break the site, I can restore it back without losing any data.

I DO have a story collaboration in mind. It will be a huge project, time consuming and will require a bit of participation. However, I'm not putting a deadline on it or demanding anything from anyone. It will only require as much or as little of your time as you can give, but I promise, I think by the end of it, we'll all feel so proud! More details to come as I sort myself out!

August is nearly here, so watch out for the featured Author section to be updated! Also the 14th will signify Gluttony's 6th month of operation...If you would like to see any other fan doms opening up or anything else..NOW is the time to tell me!

If I'm not around much these days, its because I'm not able to get on to my own site!! It seems my ISP is having server problems where my hosting service is, so I get 'Timed Out' errors when trying to access Gluttony.

I'm grabbing this time now to update you all, as it always seems I can get on the site late at night or very early morning, but not during my day time.

Competitions will start again soon. I know that other sites are running Comps and Collabs at the moment, so I don't want to start them just yet.

Thanks to ginwannabe, who counted reviews, she picked up on a mistake I made. It seems that both ginwannabe and Labby are tied with 92 reviews each.

As I can only have 1 winner for the major prize, as I can't afford to give out two gift vouchers, I must now split hairs between the two.

When originally signing up for this competition, every member was asked to give a short reason as to why they like Gluttony, this short explanation would be used if a tie couldn't be broken. I love both answers, if I had to pick one over the other though, I'd choose ginwannabe's answer as she mentions having 'top notch' stories on Gluttony, not just that Gluttony is small and has a tight knit community.

However, to be fair to Labby, she also has every right to the title as the winner, as she technically got in her review links a minute (or a few seconds) before ginwannabe did, thus also making her a winner by technicality.

But if it wasn't for the keen eye and fairness of ginwannabe, I wouldn't have seen my mistake, until someone else pointed it out, if they decided to check for themselves, so technically, ginwannabe should also receive the prize ...So what do I do?

I CAN'T break this tie. No matter which way I go, BOTH ladies deserve this prize. Not only did they tie, but they were both such great competitors and really contributed to the reviews at this site.

So first prize will go to BOTH Labby and ginwannabe. As I can only afford one gift voucher now, I shall give that to Labby, as she WOULD have been the official winner and if its okay with ginwannabe, I will also give her a voucher in a couple of weeks time.

This moves JLHufflepuff to second place, with 30 reviews and Jen to third place with 24 reviews.

Congratulations ladies and thank you for being such great members and giving me one of the toughest decisions I've had to make in a competition!!

There is just over 29hrs left in this competition. I will lock threads from 11:59pm June 13, 2008, Standard Eastern Australian Time.

Once I lock the threads, you WILL NOT be able to add any reviews, you can't PM me any links to add or ask to have certain ones added in.

I will then hide the threads for official counting. Although I have been counting along as the days have passed, I need to allow room for human error, counting more reviews than what is really there etc.
